Shipping Methods: We offer shipping services to customers within the United States. Our standard shipping methods include:

 

a. Ground Shipping: This method is used for most shipments and typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

 

b. Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping may vary but generally range from 1-3 business days.

 

Processing Time:

All orders placed before [insert time] on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after [insert time] or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges:

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and initiate a claim if necessary. Please save all packaging materials and take photographs of any damage as they may be required for the claim process.
